Information we collect

When you contact us or place an order, we receive information you provide, such as your name, email, telephone number if supplied, delivery and billing details, selected products, personalization instructions and support correspondence. Please do not email full payment card details or unrelated sensitive information.

Our hosting and service providers may process technical request information such as IP address, browser, device, access time and requested pages to deliver and secure the website. If review submission is available, we receive the display name, rating and review text you submit; approved reviews and the chosen display name may be public. Do not put private information in a review.

How we use information

We use information to answer questions, confirm availability and prices, fulfill orders, send service and shipping updates, handle returns, prevent fraud and meet accounting or other legal obligations. Where applicable, processing is based on performing a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the business, legal obligations or your consent. We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not add you to marketing lists merely because you ask a question or make a purchase; where consent is required, we ask first and provide a way to unsubscribe.

Service providers and payments

We share information only as needed with providers supporting hosting, email, order fulfillment, shipping, payment processing and customer support, or when required by law. A fulfillment partner or carrier receives the details needed to deliver your order. Providers may process information in other countries, subject to applicable protections.

When an online payment option is offered, its payment provider processes payment details under its own privacy notice. AISROQ receives order and payment-status information needed to complete your purchase; full card details are not entered into AISROQ’s website servers. Review the payment provider’s privacy notice before using its service.

Browser storage and cookies

The storefront uses local storage on your device to remember your shopping bag and session storage to restore browsing position and filter context. The current storefront does not include advertising pixels or third-party analytics. Hosting, security or an optional payment provider may use cookies or similar technologies for their functions; an embedded payment service may receive technical information when it loads.

You can clear site data or control storage and cookies in your browser. Clearing storage removes a saved bag or browsing state, and blocking essential storage may affect site functions. We will update this notice and obtain consent where required before adding optional tracking.

Retention, security and your choices

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including order records required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention or legal claims. We use reasonable access and security measures, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your information, restrict or object to processing, or withdraw consent. Email support@aisroq.com to make a request. We may need to verify your identity, and legal recordkeeping obligations can limit deletion. You may also complain to the relevant privacy authority. Exercising a privacy right will not result in discriminatory treatment.

Children and updates

The site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has supplied personal information so we can address it. We may update this policy as our services change; the date shown on this page identifies the current version.
