These terms apply to browsing aisroq.com and purchasing from AISROQ. Contact support@aisroq.com with questions. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. You must be legally able to make a purchase or have permission from a parent or guardian.

Products, materials and options

Read the selected item’s material, stone, finish, measurements and personalization details before ordering. Gold, rose gold, silver and black can describe finish colors; they do not establish solid-gold or sterling-silver content. An item is 925 sterling silver only when stated. Our listed stones are cubic zirconia or moissanite, not diamonds. If a specification is unconfirmed, ask us to confirm it before paying.

Photos help illustrate a design and styling. Screen settings can affect color and images may not be to scale; refer to the stated measurements. Select only the options you want and review personalization carefully. If an item materially differs from its description, our Returns & refunds policy and applicable consumer protections apply.

Orders, availability and prices

Prices are in US dollars unless clearly stated otherwise. Availability and price depend on the exact options selected. A saved bag or order inquiry is not a confirmed purchase. Before payment, we confirm the available item specifications, final item prices, shipping, applicable taxes and any custom work restrictions. A paid order is acknowledged by email; contact us if you do not receive confirmation.

Any promotion applies only under its stated conditions and dates. We may correct a genuine listing or pricing error before accepting an order and will tell you before requesting payment. If an error is discovered after payment, we will contact you with the option to accept a clearly explained correction or cancel for a full refund; we will never collect an additional amount without your agreement. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will promptly refund the unfulfilled portion and its applicable shipping charge.

Payments and delivery

Use only a payment method or secure payment link provided through our confirmed ordering process. Do not send card numbers by email. Payment services offered at checkout have their own terms and privacy notices. Shipping estimates, delay options and delivery support are set out in our Shipping policy. Return eligibility, exceptions and refunds are set out in Returns & refunds; those policies form part of these purchase terms.

Care and product issues

Follow the material and care guidance for your jewelry. Avoid harsh chemicals and activities that can damage plating, stones or settings. Normal wear is distinct from an item arriving faulty or not as described. We do not promise a separate lifetime warranty; any express product warranty will be stated with that product. This does not limit warranties or remedies provided by law.

Site content and acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders or post unlawful content. Site branding and original content belong to AISROQ or their respective owners and may not be commercially reproduced without permission, except as permitted by law. You retain ownership of reviews you submit and permit us to display and moderate them in connection with the products. Reviews must describe genuine experiences and must not disclose someone else’s private information.

Your rights and changes to these terms

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits remedies for faulty goods, fraud or other matters protected by applicable law. Contact support@aisroq.com first so we can try to resolve a concern. You remain free to use any dispute resolution or legal remedy available to you.

We may update these terms for future site use and purchases. The terms and policies presented when you place an order apply to that order; later changes do not remove your existing rights. See our Privacy policy for how we handle personal information.
